Do you have an online shop? Or are you planning to put up your own e-commerce business? Boost your sales in these easy and simple tips:
1. Consider your platform It could be Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce apps like Shopee or even through a blog. You need to make sure that the platform you'll use is user-friendly and easily accessible via mobile, too. 2. Value customer retention It's easier to market previous customers since they already know the quality of your product. Build a loyalty program that would engage them into buying more from your shop. You could also give them freebies on their next purchase! We saw these bracelets perfect as freebies for only P15 and P20!
3. Use photos with good quality
Good quality pictures attract more customers. If you don't have the budget to have these images taken in a studio, you can still take stunning photos at home! You could use a ring light for good lighting (prices range from P599 to P1699) to highlight the product. You may also need a background so you could consider using those fluffy fur mats (prices range from P167 to P1820). Do you have the budget for a good quality camera? There are many options you could choose from! You can browse them here. 4. Create or share micro content You can post a short summary of the benefits of the product you're selling in your social media accounts. You may even share relevant articles to effectively captivate your audience. For example, if you're selling green tea, you can share articles about the benefits of drinking it. Make sure to use relevant hashtags, too!
5. Answer customer inquiries quickly
This is one of the vital things that you should pay close attention to. Make sure to respond swiftly to customer inquiries. If you only entertain questions on a specific schedule, indicate that in your shop's description area to set the proper expectations. Customer inquiries are potential sales so don't let that opportunity pass! 6. Uphold integrity Integrity should be the core of your business. Do not create misleading materials as it will damage your reputation terribly. If you're selling pre-loved items, make sure to disclose if they have damages or other similar things your customer needs to know. Remember Tip # 2: Value customer retention. Photo Courtesy: Pixabay In my previous job role, I had to conduct daily interviews for hundreds of associates and dozens of supervisors. I have also made a handful of applications myself before, so here are 3 proven effective tips that each candidate must do to land that job: 1. Create an appealing resume Not only it should be visually attractive, but it should also be condensed. Indicate the highlights from your previous posts and achievements. Make sure that all the pieces of information listed are accurate. 2. Come prepared You must be dressed appropriately as it gives an impression to the interviewer that you are serious with the application. Also, you must know the background of the company they're applying for and the key responsibilities of the post. 3. Sell yourself This is the most effective tip that I have proven to be really effective. If the interviewer throws a question that you didn't have experience with yet, find a common ground wherein you could connect your past experiences to stay relevant. I remember that as a fresh nursing graduate, I didn't have experience with customer care. So I found the common ground by explaining the similarities in taking care of patients and dealing with customers. Do you have job application tips that you would like to share?
