Here are 5 ways that I have proven to be effective to boost your productivity! 1. Get organized! You may need to create a to-do list and prioritize which are urgent and not. I always have a notebook and a pen with me to make sure that I could write the things I need to complete. You can do this through your smartphone and laptop, too! 2. Turn off notifications Yup, those numbers in red circles showing in your smartphone apps equate to temptation. This actually changed the way I manage my time and be more productive since I just set a particular time in the day to respond to those notifications. 3. Maximize efficiency by using the right tools We have tons and tons of applications and software that could help us complete our tasks swiftly. Sometimes we are doubling the time spent wherein we could use tools that minimize our effort. Microsoft Excel may be intimidating to some, but it's so helpful when you need complete reports and deal with data. 4. Take breaks Don't get yourself into exhaustion by continuously working that may lead to fatigue and stress. Taking breaks can actually boost your concentration which means high quality output. 5. Do not multitask This may sound counterproductive, but the truth is, we can never really focus on two things at the same time.
